Being super original here, and making a blog following my fitness progress. For the last 6 months, I've been trying to become healthy. Being a 200 lbs 25 year old, wasn't making me happy and wasn't a positive influence on my life.
Since then, I have become a healthier and happier me. Now I am 184 lbs, and am looking to challenge myself. I signed up for a Tough Mudder, and that will be my motivation for the next six months to be train and transform.
